About the position

The Vice President of Drilling Operations is responsible for overseeing the company's drilling product and service systems. This role involves consulting with senior leadership to align business goals and initiatives, managing operational efficiencies, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will leverage extensive industry knowledge and strategic planning skills to drive product delivery and meet the company's strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

• Manages the company operations of Drilling product/service systems.
• Acts as the primary resource on all issues related to execution of services, including cost/budget compliance, execution, and resource allocation.
• Drives efficiencies and creates operational service synergies across product line.
• Responsible for customer satisfaction within Drilling.
• Partners with Human Resources to implement and refine policies and procedures, review employee performance, development, and technical training.
• Recommends targets for quality and reliability, utilization, spend on tools, and provides overall vision for operations in the appointed scope.
• Handles special projects and assigned responsibilities, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the Drilling Product Line.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• 12+ years experience in field and operations.
• Proven strategic planning and budgeting experience.
• Demonstrated experience setting, monitoring and meeting quarterly and annual goals.
• Previous experience in a supervisory and leadership role.
• Experience across multiple Drilling products and geographies preferred.
