About the position

The Vice President of Enterprise Project Management Office (ePMO) at Servpro Industries, LLC is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing a portfolio of initiatives aimed at enhancing growth, profitability, and customer experience. Reporting directly to the Chief Technology Officer, this position focuses on improving franchisee satisfaction and optimizing the SERVPRO brand and its operating systems. The role involves strategic collaboration with executive leadership, governance of enterprise initiatives, execution of project management principles, and fostering organizational alignment to ensure successful transformation projects.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the executive leadership team to select, launch, and implement transformation projects.
  • Conduct annual reviews of the SERVPRO strategic plan with executive leadership and the board of directors.
  • Maintain global awareness of the enterprise project portfolio and strategic plan.
  • Apply Lean principles to innovate improvements to current processes.
  • Structure multiple enterprise initiatives into a cohesive and prioritized portfolio.
  • Manage intake of new initiatives in alignment with the Strategic and Annual Operating Plan.
  • Establish operational KPIs and financial targets for initiatives in collaboration with the CFO and CTO.
  • Identify and manage interdependencies among initiatives.
  • Use technology to improve communication and facilitate enterprise-wide alignment.
  • Define and deploy problem solving, process improvement, and project management principles.
  • Partner with IT PMO to deploy projects via a disciplined methodology.
  • Collaborate with leaders to recruit and manage project leaders for strategic initiatives.
  • Facilitate connectivity between internal business processes and customer needs.
  • Model Servpro's core values and leadership behaviors.
  • Communicate goals and objectives of Transformation activities and measure results.
  • Integrate change management activities into project plans.
  • Share knowledge across functional boundaries and promote continuous improvement.
  • Identify capability gaps and facilitate improvements.

  • Develop and maintain partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent; MBA preferred.
  • 8-15 years of experience in program management, project management, and/or consulting leadership roles.
  • Deep expertise in Lean principles, methods, and tools.
  • Extensive experience leading large-scale change initiatives across the full lifecycle.
  • Highly organized with a track record in a program management office environment.
  • Exceptional strategic planning, influencing, and communication skills.
  • Extraordinary initiative and problem-solving skills.
  • High change agility with strong change management skills.
  • Proven ability to develop influential relationships at multiple levels within an organization.
