Eaton Corporation is currently seeking a Vice President, Global Benefits to join our team. This position is based at Eaton's Beachwood, OH corporate office and relocation is offered. The Vice President, Global Benefits will manage the design and governance of Eaton's global benefit programs, overseeing a budget of over $50M and delivering more than $300M in annual U.S. medical costs, overseeing a defined benefit pension plan of about $2.6B in assets, and 401(k) plans with about $7.4B in assets, as of the end of 2023. In addition, this role will oversee benefit plans in 76 countries outside of the U.S. This role involves ensuring the compliance and effectiveness of benefit plans globally. An essential focus will be on creating cost-effective and value-add plans for employees, aimed at maximizing their benefits flexibility while controlling expenses. This includes negotiating with providers to secure favorable rates, implementing wellbeing initiatives and offering personalized benefits that enhance the employee experience. By leveraging data analytics and feedback, the Vice President will continuously optimize the benefits portfolio to ensure it meets the evolving needs of the workforce and supports the company's financial objectives. Leading a high-performing team is an essential aspect of this role. The Vice President will direct and manage a diverse team of benefits professionals, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals. This includes setting clear expectations, providing regular feedback, and encouraging collaboration and innovation. By utilizing each team member's strengths and supporting professional development, the Vice President will guide the team towards delivering comprehensive benefits solutions that meet the needs of employees worldwide.
