About the position

Equifax is on a growth and transformation path, and the Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering on this agenda. This position supports the talent acquisition strategy across Equifax's global business units and functions, reporting directly to the Chief Talent & Diversity Officer. As a critical voice in the organization, the VP will chair the global talent acquisition leadership community and will be a member of the Global Talent, Diversity & Inclusion Leadership team. We are looking for a proactive and influential global talent acquisition leader with superior business acumen who can effectively deliver on strategic plans and foster a performance-oriented culture. The ideal candidate will be a progressive leader with strong communication, collaboration, and partnership skills, essential for driving results in a dynamic and competitive global matrix environment. The Global VP of Talent Acquisition will manage a team consisting of 2 direct reports and 8 indirect reports, including those in TA Operations, Recruitment Marketing, and Early Career/University relations, within a matrixed global Talent Acquisition team of approximately 80 people. This role will be based at Equifax's headquarters in Midtown, Atlanta, Georgia, and will follow a hybrid work schedule, requiring in-office presence on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with remote work on Mondays and Fridays. In this role, you will act as an innovative thought leader and change agent for the Talent Acquisition function. You will serve as the enterprise's deep subject matter expert, defining and evolving progressive talent acquisition strategies and processes that drive a strong strategic sourcing agenda. You will operate as a strategic advisor and partner to the HR and Talent Acquisition Leadership Team, working closely with the HR Leadership team globally to ensure alignment and adoption of the global talent acquisition strategy, priorities, initiatives, processes, and tools. As the enterprise leader of the global strategic sourcing process, you will evolve and mature practices and capabilities among Business Unit, COE, and Regional recruiting teams, targeting the attraction of top talent in critical segments that align with Equifax's business strategy. You will also act as a matrix leader, coach, and developer of the Global Talent Acquisition Leadership Team and organization, balancing strategic and operational leadership. The right candidate will be a strong executor and developer of people, confident across a broad spectrum of talent acquisition topics, including inclusion and diversity, attraction and retention, talent development and succession, workforce planning, organization development and culture, total rewards, and employee relations. Collaboration with cross-functional leadership, Human Resources Leadership, and Centers of Excellence will be key to activating and elevating Equifax's global employment brand. You will partner with HR and business leaders to establish, operationalize, and optimize an enterprise Early Career talent strategy that integrates entry-level talent into workforce planning activities. Additionally, you will work with the Talent, Inclusion & Diversity Team, BU/COE, and regional talent acquisition teams to cultivate recruiting and hiring strategies that further Equifax's commitment to inclusivity and diverse representation in the workforce. You will assess current talent acquisition operating processes, practices, metrics, and technologies to enhance performance and analyze internal and external talent trends to provide insights and recommendations to HR Leadership, HRBPs, and business leaders. Leading TA projects such as Candidate Experience, Employment Branding, and Workforce Planning will also be part of your responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Act as an innovative thought leader and change agent for the Talent Acquisition function.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of Talent Acquisition experience including HR & Legal compliance, executive level sourcing and partnership.
  • 5+ years of experience as an influential Talent Acquisition leader in operations and strategy, executive partnership, collaboration, presence, and communication in a complex, global matrix organization.
  • 5+ years of developing, improving, and driving adoption of strategic candidate sourcing and business processes within applicant tracking systems, CRMs, and other TA tools.
  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in Business, Human Resource Management or relevant field.
