As the Vice President Group Director of Creative at Digitas, you will lead teams in conceptual and strategic thinking across multiple platforms, ensuring that the creative output aligns with the agency's vision of creating magnetic experiences that resonate with human networks. You will also work closely with HR and Creative Operations to manage the daily workload and career development of your direct reports, fostering an environment that encourages creativity and professional growth. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and cultural shifts will be crucial, as you will be expected to challenge yourself creatively and help drive the agency's creative culture both internally and externally.
