As the Vice President of Growth Marketing at LogicMonitor, you will play a pivotal role in driving the demand generation strategy aimed at acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts. This position is based in Boston, MA, and offers a hybrid work environment that promotes collaboration and productivity. You will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and will have significant visibility with the leadership team, allowing you to influence the company's growth trajectory. Your primary responsibility will be to own and execute integrated marketing campaigns that encompass various channels including content marketing, digital marketing, SEO, account-based marketing, email marketing, social media, and website management. The goal is to generate qualified leads and build a robust pipeline on a global scale. In this role, you will lead demand generation initiatives that are critical to meeting revenue targets. This includes developing and executing a comprehensive website strategy to ensure a high-converting and visually engaging online presence. You will also be responsible for expanding into new markets with localized sites and building a high-performing global demand generation team. Your leadership will be essential in driving pipeline growth, new customer acquisition, and cross-sell/upsell opportunities. You will oversee various digital channels, including SEM, paid social, webinars, sponsorships, and SEO, ensuring that campaigns align with regional needs and sales targets. Collaboration will be key in this role, as you will work closely with Marketing Operations and IT to select and implement marketing technology solutions that enhance data-driven decision-making. You will also coordinate with various marketing teams to deliver integrated and cohesive campaigns that resonate with prospects, customers, and partners. As a leader, you will guide your team to prioritize strategically and stay accountable for outcomes, while managing marketing investments and optimizing ROI in partnership with the CMO. Regular presentations to stakeholders, including the CEO and Board of Directors, will be part of your responsibilities, ensuring transparency and alignment across the organization.
