About the position

The Vice President of Growth Marketing at FloSports is a strategic leadership role focused on driving measurable growth in acquisition, retention, and revenue. This position is responsible for crafting and executing a comprehensive growth strategy that spans the entire customer funnel, optimizing customer journeys, and enhancing engagement with existing subscribers. The VP will work closely with various departments to align growth initiatives and ensure the company meets its critical revenue targets while fostering a culture of innovation within the marketing team.

Responsibilities

  • Craft and execute a comprehensive growth strategy spanning the entire customer funnel.
  • Achieve high-level growth revenue targets vital to the company's success.
  • Take ownership of the existing subscriber base's health and develop engagement and retention strategies.
  • Oversee product marketing initiatives, including positioning, pricing, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Business Insights teams to develop and maintain a comprehensive subscriber acquisition model.
  • Utilize data analytics and market research to inform growth strategies and track performance against KPIs.
  • Champion a customer-centric approach in marketing strategies to resonate with sports fans.
  • Leverage deep understanding of sports marketing to engage and grow the target audience.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation within the marketing team.

Requirements

  • Minimum 15+ years of experience in growth, marketing, or related roles.
  • Genuine passion for sports and a comprehensive understanding of the streaming landscape.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing and scaling growth initiatives.
  • Advanced analytical capabilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Extensive knowledge of subscription-based business models and customer retention strategies.
  • Previous experience building and overseeing Product Marketing and Lifecycle Marketing Teams.
  • Ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Outstanding leadership and communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous experience building and overseeing performance marketing initiatives.
  • MS/MBA in Marketing, Business, or related field.
