As the VP of Growth Marketing at LogicMonitor, you will play a pivotal role in driving the demand generation strategy aimed at acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts. This position reports directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and offers high visibility within the leadership team. You will be responsible for owning and executing integrated marketing campaigns that encompass various channels including content marketing, digital marketing, SEO, account-based marketing, email, social media, and the company website. Your primary objective will be to generate qualified leads and build a robust pipeline on a global scale. In this role, you will lead demand generation initiatives that are crucial for meeting revenue targets through a variety of integrated campaigns. You will develop and execute a comprehensive website strategy, ensuring that it is visually engaging and optimized for conversions, while also collaborating with Marketing, Web Engineering, and other stakeholders. Additionally, you will expand into new markets by creating localized sites and build a high-performing global demand generation team focused on pipeline growth, new customer acquisition, and cross-sell/upsell opportunities. You will oversee digital channels including SEM, paid social, webinars, sponsorships, SEO, and integrated campaigns, aligning them with regional needs and sales targets. A key aspect of your role will be to develop an outbound and account-based marketing strategy that aligns with sales objectives for both new and existing customers. You will foster a culture of continuous testing and optimization to enhance channel performance and ROI, ensuring alignment among marketing, sales, and go-to-market teams for collective success. As a leader, you will guide the marketing team to prioritize strategically and stay accountable for outcomes, while managing marketing investments, budgets, and ROI optimization in partnership with the CMO. You will also oversee agencies, vendors, and contractors to ensure effective delivery and outcomes of outsourced programs, regularly presenting updates and performance insights to stakeholders, including the CEO, Executive Leadership, and the Board of Directors.
