As the Vice President of Growth Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in driving our demand generation strategy, aimed at acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts. This position is based in the vibrant San Francisco Bay Area, where our Centers of Energy foster collaboration, creativity, and a culture of connection. You will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and will have significant visibility with the leadership team, allowing you to shape the growth trajectory of our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for owning integrated marketing campaigns that encompass various channels including content marketing, digital marketing, SEO, account-based marketing, email marketing, social media, and our corporate website. Your primary objective will be to generate qualified leads and build a robust pipeline on a global scale. You will lead demand generation initiatives that align with our revenue targets, ensuring that our marketing efforts are effective and measurable. You will also be tasked with developing and executing a comprehensive website strategy, ensuring that our online presence is visually engaging and optimized for conversions. This includes expanding into new markets with localized sites and managing a high-performing global demand generation team. Your leadership will be crucial in driving pipeline growth, customer acquisition, and cross-sell/upsell opportunities. You will oversee digital channels such as SEM, paid social, webinars, and sponsorships, ensuring that our campaigns are aligned with regional needs and sales objectives. As a leader, you will foster a culture of continuous testing and optimization, enhancing channel performance and return on investment. Collaboration will be key, as you will work closely with Marketing Operations and IT to implement marketing technology solutions that support data-driven decision-making. You will also coordinate with various marketing teams to deliver cohesive campaigns that resonate with our target audience. Regular updates and performance insights will be presented to stakeholders, including the CEO and the Board of Directors, ensuring transparency and alignment across the organization.
