About the position

The Vice President of Human Resources for Kitchen & Bath North America (KBNA) is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving talent strategies and organizational effectiveness within the KBNA business. This position partners with executive leaders to develop and implement HR programs that enhance talent management, culture, and communication strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and supporting growth in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with KBNA executives to drive talent strategies and organizational capabilities.
  • Develop HR plans to identify and address competency, knowledge, and talent gaps.
  • Create and implement talent management solutions to enhance associate engagement and retention.
  • Drive diversity and inclusion strategies to support a high-performance culture.
  • Oversee leadership and development strategies that foster a growth mindset.
  • Collaborate with the Transformation Management Office to manage organizational change effectively.
  • Advance enterprise talent and culture initiatives through relationship building.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
  • 15+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years supporting a commercial business.
  • Minimum of 5 years leading progressive HR leaders.
  • Experience in a global, matrixed organization preferred.
  • Strong understanding of business drivers and risks related to HR strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage change and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong executive communication and presentation skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to assess HR implications of business strategies using data.
