About the position

The Vice President of Integrated Supply Chain at Olin is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing a $5 billion annual budget and driving operational excellence across procurement, global logistics, and supply chain productivity. This position plays a crucial role in developing and executing initiatives that optimize supply chain operations, enhance efficiency, and deliver significant cost savings. The successful candidate will collaborate with various stakeholders to implement best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic planning, development, and execution of supply chain initiatives, ensuring alignment with the organization's overall objectives.
  • Create tangible enterprise value by collaborating closely with operations, commercial, and other stakeholders to optimize supply chain processes.
  • Lead and manage continuous improvement activities to enhance efficiency, reduce cost, and improve overall supply chain performance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive cross-functional collaboration.
  • Leverage data, business analytics, and technology to drive data-driven decision making and develop actionable plans.
  • Champion the use of advanced analytical and supply chain tools to create a competitive edge for Olin.
  • Establish and monitor success metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of supply chain operations using the SCOR model or similar framework.
  • Lead and support the organization in developing talent and fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Conduct regular visits to facilities to stay close to the business and leaders while executing on initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field.
  • 15+ years leadership experience in business, commercial, or supply chain roles.
  • Proven track record of driving strategic initiatives and delivering substantial returns and cost savings through supply chain optimization efforts.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Change management skills with the ability to influence and drive organizational change.
  • Experience in key supply chain related tools and frameworks (Six Sigma, SCOR).
  • Experience with data and business analytics, advanced analytics, and SAP.
