About the position
The Vice President of JostensPIX is a strategic leadership role focused on driving growth and innovation within the business unit. This position involves overseeing both sales and operations teams, guiding the development of innovative solutions, and fostering a positive company culture. The VP will be responsible for achieving aggressive sales targets, expanding market presence, and ensuring operational efficiency while aligning financial performance with business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic growth initiatives to achieve new school acquisition and family monetization targets.
- Build a high-performance culture focused on quantitative results and entrepreneurial leadership.
- Develop and implement a national go-to-market strategy for rapid school expansion.
- Establish and maintain critical business intelligence systems and KPIs to monitor business performance.
- Drive financial targets including EBITDA and profitability while maintaining P&L responsibility.
- Enhance business systems and optimize operational processes for efficiency and scalability.
- Lead a senior team, holding business unit leads accountable for achieving strategic objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related discipline.
- 15+ years of leadership experience, preferably in school portraiture or a related industry.
- Deep understanding of school and family dynamics and competitive landscape.
- Proven experience in delivering aggressive sales efforts across multiple channels.
- Strong familiarity with traditional and digital marketing tactics.
- Solid understanding of financial metrics and their alignment with business objectives.
- Exceptional team-building and performance management skills.
