About the position

The Vice President, Lead Investment Banker - Industrial Services at Wells Fargo is responsible for managing complex transactions and client relationships within the Corporate & Investment Bank. This role involves origination, structuring, and execution of various banking products and services, focusing on the industrial services sector. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering comprehensive financial strategies to clients.

Responsibilities

• Independently work with clients and handle complex transactions.
• Originate, structure, and execute Corporate and Investment Banking products and services.
• Formulate financial strategy and policy with clients at the executive management level.
• Manage client relationships and execute mandated assignments in public and private equity, M&A, loan, and high yield and convertible securities transactions.
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Investment Banking experience or equivalent work experience, training, military experience, or education.
• Strong track record of originating and executing M&A and capital markets transactions.
• Ability to lead junior staff.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
