About the position

The role focuses on leading product strategy innovation and development for Citi Travel, enhancing the overall travel program and managing the digital journey to deliver a top-tier digital experience for customers. It involves overseeing the product lifecycle, from concept to launch, and driving growth in customer engagement and transactions.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver a seamless and rewarding customer experience for Citi Travel clients.
  • Identify innovations and lead 'test and learn' experiments to create platform products that increase customer value.
  • Define and measure the KPIs for a platform product.
  • Make trade-off decisions on multiple platform verticals in a product.
  • Develop business and platform requirements.
  • Evaluate the potential to leverage and implement the travel ecosystem with other strategic partners.
  • Evolve the Citi Travel product roadmap to exceed customer expectations, build new revenue streams, increase market share, and obtain competitive positioning.
  • Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality execution.
  • Drive year-over-year growth, including increasing customer transactions, visits, and overall engagement.
  • Manage external partners and ongoing relationships related to Citi Travel.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
  • Project management and governance experience with the ability to develop project plans and drive a diverse group of stakeholders to achieve milestones within deadlines.
  • Superior organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple, concurrent priorities.
  • Strong judgment and critical thinking skills.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for establishing and maintaining a culture of control within the business.
  • Demonstrated relationship management skills with the ability to deepen relationships and influence diverse stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to identify opportunities within existing processes and business practices.
  • Deep functional knowledge of Credit Card Rewards is a plus.
  • Pragmatic problem-solver and forward thinker.
