The Vice President Market Chief Financial Officer at Novant Health is responsible for providing financial, operational, and strategic oversight for the market. Responsibilities

• Provide financial, operational, and strategic oversight for the market.
• Manage month-end close analysis and monthly forecasting.
• Oversee annual budgeting and performance management processes.
• Lead the capital allocation process and business cases related to growth and capital projects.
• Collaborate with executives from other functions to build relationships and influence decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field required.
• Master's degree or CPA preferred.
• At least 10 years of progressive experience in financial management, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in financial software, systems, and tools, such as ERP, EHR, BI, Excel, and other Microsoft Office products.
• Knowledge of healthcare accounting, finance, and reimbursement principles and practices.
