About the position

The Vice President of B2B Lead Generation & Marketing at PlanITROI is a strategic leadership role responsible for building and leading the marketing and public relations department. This position focuses on developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business objectives, driving growth through B2B marketing, brand development, digital marketing, customer acquisition, and retention strategies. The VP will also serve as the Chief Storyteller, crafting compelling narratives that resonate with stakeholders and customers.

Responsibilities

  • Build, lead, and grow a high-performing marketing team of 'A' players.
  • Develop and manage a go-to-market strategy across all divisions.
  • Execute lead-generation email campaigns via various channels.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to create go-to-market strategies for campaigns.
  • Drive online traffic, customer acquisition, and lead generation through digital initiatives.
  • Craft and weave PlanITROI's unique story across all divisions.
  • Lead the company's digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, and social media.
  • Create a comprehensive Marketing/Public Relations Playbook.
  • Oversee brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends.
  • Cultivate strong relationships within key industry associations.
  • Develop and manage the marketing/PR budget.

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, with 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Experience in Marketing in the Computer Hardware & Services industry.
  • Proven track record of building and leading a team of 'A' players.
  • Expert in B2B targeted digital marketing and lead generation strategy.
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing, brand management, and content creation.
  • Proficiency with marketing & sales automation tools.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with AI tools in marketing.
  • Familiarity with industry associations such as RLA, IAITAM, Gartner, IDC, and Forrester.
