About the position

P.F. Chang's is seeking an experienced and strategic leader for the role of Vice President of Brand Marketing. This position is responsible for the strategic direction and execution of all brand marketing initiatives, playing a pivotal role in shaping and growing the brand presence across all channels. The role involves leading integrated marketing campaigns, defining brand positioning, and enhancing customer experience while managing partnerships and the marketing budget.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement brand strategies aligned with company goals, targeting both short- and long-term growth.
  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.
  • Define and refine brand positioning for consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Create messaging that differentiates P.F. Chang's and resonates with target audiences.
  • Design and oversee social media strategy to enhance brand presence and drive traffic.
  • Manage major platforms, ensuring timely and relevant content aligned with brand objectives.
  • Foster community engagement and respond to customer feedback.
  • Plan and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social media, PR, and traditional outlets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to create impactful assets.
  • Lead initiatives to improve customer experience and align it with brand promises.
  • Monitor feedback and trends to continuously enhance brand perception.
  • Cultivate strategic partnerships to expand brand reach.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing with business goals.
  • Manage the annual marketing budget and ensure efficient resource allocation.
  • Analyze performance data to optimize strategies and maximize ROI.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience (8+ years) in brand marketing leadership roles within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior, market dynamics, and industry trends.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand growth and engagement.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and lead cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and possesses a high-level understanding of Adobe Creative Suite.
