About the position

The Vice President of Corporate Operations at Empower Brands is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing the operational success of Superior Fence & Rail's corporate operations in North and Central Florida. This position involves managing day-to-day operations, implementing strategic processes, and ensuring alignment with the company's overall goals to drive growth in both residential and commercial sectors.

Responsibilities

• Assist in strategic planning and vision for the organization, aligning company objectives with Empower Brands' strategic goals.
• Drive business growth by ensuring appropriate talent, metrics, and strategy are in place.
• Monitor financial activities to ensure EBITDA goals are met monthly and annually.
• Partner with the Brand President and Director of Franchise Operations to align corporate and franchise operations.
• Support new franchisee training during franchisee visits.
• Collaborate with the Marketing department to create and implement marketing and lead generation initiatives.
• Oversee departmental leaders to ensure company goals and objectives are met.
• Maintain strong knowledge of franchising and construction industries to evolve the business model as needed.
• Ensure adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies to uphold business ethics.
• Foster a culture of high ethical standards and respect for all customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of direct leadership experience in franchising, construction, or home services industries.
• Experience in the fencing industry is a major plus.
• Proven track record in achieving results and driving business growth.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and achieve key objectives.
• Highly motivated self-starter with a strategic mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional business acumen and presentation skills.
