About the position

The Vice President of Digital Marketing is responsible for planning, developing, and executing integrated marketing strategies and programs for Pyramid. This role encompasses various marketing channels, including content strategy, email marketing, social media, public relations, PPC advertising, and website design. The VP will manage the brand portfolio, oversee internal communications, and ensure effective personnel management within the marketing communications team. Additionally, the position requires fiscal management of the digital marketing department and participation in professional development activities.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, and execute integrated marketing strategies and programs.
  • Create monthly reports detailing leads and engagement metrics.
  • Manage brand portfolio, hierarchy, and standards.
  • Support internal communications, recruitment, and alumni engagement efforts.
  • Establish and maintain effective internal and external working relationships.
  • Carry out personnel management activities associated with direct staff supervision.
  • Serve as the fiscal manager for the digital marketing/advertising department.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of department policies and procedures.
  • Participate in professional training and development efforts.
  • Support the organization's safety and security programs.

Requirements

  • 10+ years management experience in the marketing communications field, preferably in a leadership position.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or marketing required; Master's preferred.
  • Expertise in all marketing channels, both online and offline.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with marketing metrics, reporting, and calculating ROI.
  • Experience in managing diverse teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Basic data entry skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Sound organizational skills.
