This is an executive management level position reporting directly to the President & General Manager (P&GM). The role involves performing complex professional and administrative work, providing direction and planning for the utility's power delivery functions. The incumbent is responsible for the overall engineering, construction, operations, and maintenance of the utility's transmission and distribution system, ensuring that operations are efficient and facilities are adequate to meet current and future customer demand. Additionally, the position includes managing the utility's fleet and materials management operations, providing counsel and recommendations to the P&GM on all aspects of power delivery operations, and implementing the utility's strategic objectives. The incumbent will also serve as the utility's lead for storm restoration activities and perform all other assigned duties as required, including ensuring compliance with applicable reliability standards. Supervision is exercised over all subordinate personnel.
