About the position

The Vice President of Field Operations will oversee the northern territory operations for JSC Systems, a leading low-voltage systems integration company. This role is crucial for leading installation operations, managing P&L responsibilities, and driving revenue growth while ensuring the success of various branches. The position requires collaboration with branch and project managers, as well as senior executives, to meet company and client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch operations, collaborating with Branch Managers and Project Managers.
• Communicate with Senior Executives to meet and exceed company and client expectations.
• Allocate personnel, materials, and tools within assigned branches.
• Ensure technicians and subcontractors have necessary certifications and training.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Conduct regular quality assurance checks and address client concerns promptly.
• Manage P&L and achieve forecasted contribution margins for multiple territories.
• Foster a culture of high performance and operational excellence.
• Set clear expectations, coach field leaders, and measure results.
• Conduct monthly project delivery and profitability reviews.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a senior operational role for a commercial construction contractor, preferably within the commercial low voltage contracting/systems integration industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in budgeting, resource allocation, and financial management.
• Ability to develop and implement effective policies and procedures.
• Commitment to fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
