About the position

As the Vice President of Field Operations at Restaurant Technologies, you will play a crucial role in shaping operational strategy and driving performance across the company's field operations. This position involves overseeing Regional Operations Managers and depot General Managers, ensuring that field operations align with the company's strategic goals while fostering a culture of safety and excellence. The role requires a strategic leader who can optimize daily operations and implement continuous improvement initiatives to elevate performance standards.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic direction and oversight for field operations, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
  • Implement standardized operational procedures across all depots to achieve consistency and efficiency in partnership with Operations Excellence.
  • Establish and maintain a culture of safety, excellence, and high performance within the field operations team.
  • Champion a customer-centric approach within field operations, emphasizing responsiveness, accuracy, and overall customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure uniformity across all 41 depots in terms of operations, processes, and service delivery.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of field operations.
  • Recruit, develop, and mentor a high-performing team of operations leadership.
  • Work closely with Centralized Services, Supply Chain, Fleet, Operations Excellence, and Safety teams to create a seamless end-to-end operational ecosystem.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in operational leadership within a multi-site environment.
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration across teams.
  • Ability to develop and implement training programs for operational excellence.
  • Experience in customer service management and strategy development.
