The Vice President of Finance at Owensboro Health is responsible for leading the financial services direction and strategic planning to align with the organization's mission and goals. Responsibilities

• Lead the financial services direction and strategic planning for Owensboro Health.
• Oversee all System Revenue Cycle operations from scheduling to secondary collections.
• Manage relationships and administration of the Employer Health Services Area and narrow network products.
• Handle System Managed Care contracting and governmental reimbursement processes.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to guide business processes and ensure quality service delivery.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to set organizational priorities and goals.
• Integrate data from multiple sources to support decision-making processes.
• Monitor and evaluate financial operations for compliance with standards and regulations.
• Lead financial planning efforts to ensure cost-efficient operations and maximize profitability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required upon hire.
• Master's degree preferred.
• A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience required.
• Critical thinking skills and decisive judgment are essential.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision and in a stressful environment.
