Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Chief Medical Officer and medical directors for Anesthesia, Surgical Services, and the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit.
• Ensure quality of care and patient safety across the hospital.
• Enhance patient and family satisfaction through effective operational strategies.
• Engage staff and providers to foster a positive work environment.
• Develop and implement strategies for appropriate revenue growth.

Requirements

• Master's degree in nursing (MSN), Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP), Healthcare Administration, Business, or related advanced degree.
• Current RN licensure.
• A minimum of five years of experience as a nurse executive leader.
