About the position

The Vice President of Human Resources for Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) is responsible for leading HR operations across multiple global sites, focusing on optimizing HR processes and systems to enhance operational efficiency and support business objectives. This role requires deep expertise in HR service delivery, global workforce management, and process standardization, while also integrating technology into HR operations to ensure seamless service delivery across all locations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with global BPO operations' business goals.
  • Provide leadership and strategic guidance to HR teams across multiple global sites.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to align HR initiatives with company-wide strategies.
  • Lead the standardization and optimization of HR operations across global sites.
  • Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of HR technologies.
  • Establish and oversee shared service centers to streamline HR service delivery.
  • Ensure consistency in HR processes while allowing for regional variations.
  • Partner with technology teams to leverage data analytics in HR processes.
  • Build a culture of continuous improvement in HR operations using metrics.
  • Develop a global dashboard of HR KPIs to drive decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with global and local regulatory requirements in HR systems.
  • Lead global HR initiatives aimed at digitizing HR functions and enhancing employee experience.
  • Evaluate and refine employee lifecycle management processes.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on global HR operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 15+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within a Global BPO or Shared Service Center.
  • Proven experience managing HR operations across multiple global sites.
  • Strong expertise in implementing and optimizing HR technologies and shared services.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead HR process improvement initiatives.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Strategic thinker focused on operational excellence and HR service delivery optimization.
  • Ability to travel internationally as needed.
