About the position

The Vice President of Internal Product Management at Levi's is responsible for leading the vision and delivery of a comprehensive portfolio of digital tools and products that enhance the consumer experience and streamline internal processes. This role involves defining product strategy, managing stakeholder relationships, and overseeing the product lifecycle from ideation to launch. The VP will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive digital transformation and ensure that products meet the needs of various business units, ultimately supporting Levi's go-to-market processes.

Responsibilities

  • Define clear product vision and strategy for each product in the portfolio.
  • Support the team in defining use cases and experiences to engage consumers.
  • Drive change across the organization as ways of working adapt to digital tools.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders through quarterly business reviews and annual operating plans.
  • Recruit and retain top talent, providing mentorship and professional development opportunities.
  • Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with user needs.
  • Partner with engineering and data science teams to deliver defined concepts and features.
  • Utilize data analytics to track product performance and user engagement.
  • Create business cases across products with key performance indicators identified and tracked.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience (8+ years) in product management, preferably in the apparel or fashion industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of agile methodologies and product development processes.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Experience working with enterprise-level software systems and cloud-based platforms.
