LEMOINE is seeking a Vice President of Marketing and Business Development within our Disaster Services business line. In this role, you will provide leadership and strategic direction for key marketing initiatives and must-win pursuits. This key position is designed to support the development of market share and build top-line revenue across LEMOINE's Response & Resiliency, and Advisory Services business lines. This role requires extensive relationship-building skills and strategies, including developing relationships with leaders that span both geography and business lines. This role requires a strong understanding of the overall industry and market with specific understanding of the clients LEMOINE serves. To be successful, you must monitor industry trends for emerging opportunities and adapt strategies based on data and analytics. Critical to this role is a strong understanding of the overall vision of the organization, as well as the short- & long-term objectives of the Operations units you support. This role will be responsible for the development and implementation of a robust marketing strategy in support of those operational goals. Accordingly, you must understand budget considerations and optimize marketing spending to align with ROI and business objectives. You will work on selected opportunities and oversee bid strategies, pricing, teaming, and proposal strategies and development. You will be expected to support the internal strategy and risk management for opportunities, while also accounting for the actions of other team members responsible for capture plans. In this role, you will lead strategic pursuits including the development of pre-positioned opportunities that create desired results.
