As the Vice President of Marketing at In The Moment, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing the marketing, advertising, programming, and sales strategies across various projects. Your leadership will drive the organization’s communication, branding, sales, positioning, and marketing efforts, ensuring a consistent and impactful presence in the market. You will work closely with the project teams and the managing partners to deliver exceptional results. In this position, you will develop and lead the overall marketing strategy for selected projects, encompassing internal and external communication, media relations, and branding. You will create, nurture, and evolve the brand's identity, creative assets, voice, and communication tone. Your responsibilities will include leading marketing strategy and execution across diverse media channels, including media partnerships, paid media, search, paid social, display, affiliates, and emerging digital platforms. Additionally, you will provide oversight and support for the company-wide Entertainment & Booking Strategy, including budget management, artist relations, and event planning. You will monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, optimizing strategies to enhance ROI, and continuously assess the effectiveness of existing marketing programs, making real-time adjustments as needed. Developing segmentation, competitive analysis, and market intelligence will be essential to inform prospecting, lead generation, product development, and communication strategies. Your role will also involve setting and guiding external marketing strategies for various projects, including web, print, advertising, social media, video, photography, and PR. You will develop and execute project-specific marketing plans, programs, timelines, and budgets, prioritizing revenue-generating initiatives. As a digital marketing expert, you will lead the ideation and creative strategy for digital campaigns across platforms, implementing advanced targeting and segmentation techniques to optimize campaign performance. Collaboration will be key in this role, as you will analyze and report on digital media and website metrics, leading digital campaign ideation, creative strategy, targeting, SEM, and CMS management. You will build and manage a dynamic team of marketing, design, branding, entertainment, and artist relations professionals, cultivating partnerships with external agencies to ensure seamless execution across all marketing channels. Innovation and adaptability will be crucial as you champion the adoption of new digital marketing strategies, technologies, and tools that enhance sales and customer experiences. You will encourage the marketing team to think creatively and adapt quickly to changing market dynamics. Effective communication with senior leadership and ownership on strategy implementation, progress, and results will be essential, as will presenting strategic recommendations and decisions to stakeholders, backed by data and insights. As a mentor and team developer, you will create innovative marketing strategies with a digital-first mindset, collaborating with peer leadership to formulate strategic recommendations and align on key decisions. Your ability to influence effectively across the organization and build a positive culture within the marketing department will be vital. You will serve as a team leader, developing marketing talent through coaching, mentoring, training, and appropriate discipline, while following company procedures and policies to ensure effective team management.
