About the position

The Vice President of Marketing and eCommerce will spearhead the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies and eCommerce initiatives aimed at driving growth, enhancing brand visibility, and improving customer engagement. This strategic role requires a leader with a profound understanding of digital marketing, eCommerce best practices, and consumer behavior, who can inspire teams and align organizational goals with marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire teams, developing strategic plans that align with organizational goals.
  • Manage and develop the quality assurance and product management teams, providing guidance and support for high performance.
  • Oversee key system functions with broad influence throughout the organization.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and eCommerce strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Set performance goals and evaluate team performance.
  • Design and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, SEO, and PPC.
  • Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to optimize results.
  • Oversee the eCommerce platform, ensuring an optimal user experience and effective inventory management.
  • Implement strategies to increase online sales and conversion rates.
  • Enhance brand positioning and messaging across all platforms, ensuring consistent representation.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive strategies and execution.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to improve outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing and eCommerce, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies and driving online sales.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and eCommerce best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data interpretation and performance metrics.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
