About the position

The Head of Marketing and Growth Operations at Zenoti is a critical leadership role responsible for orchestrating systems, processes, and teams to drive a world-class growth engine. This position requires a strong analytical and process-driven leader who can align sales and marketing processes, optimize system performance, and ensure data integrity while delivering exceptional user and brand experiences. The role involves collaboration across various departments to implement innovative, scalable, revenue-generating solutions and achieve strategic business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all marketing operations functions, including processes, marketing systems, workflow, SLAs, reporting, email, and database management.
  • Take ownership of system administration, including security, system integration, user guidelines, and ongoing optimization.
  • Develop and execute a strategy for marketing measurement, dashboards/analytics, and attribution.
  • Leverage Hubspot, Salesforce, BI, and other systems to create a company-wide measurement system.
  • Run a Weekly Business Review to guide GTM leadership on key actions based on resulting KPIs.
  • Lead the campaign execution process, ensuring best practices are followed and providing training for the demand marketing team.
  • Develop and implement a strategy for the ongoing control, maintenance, and enhancement of the marketing database.
  • Collaborate with sales development leadership to identify and implement process improvements and optimize lead routing.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to build a Product-Led Growth (PLG) engine.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B software marketing and/or revenue operations, preferably in high-growth environments.
  • Technical degree in economics, engineering, statistics, or related fields is preferred.
  • Proven track record of leading sophisticated, scalable marketing and revenue operations with expertise in technology environments and systems integrations.
  • Advanced Excel/Sheets skills required.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with a 'test and learn' mindset.
  • Driven by achieving revenue outcomes with a passion for 'making the number.'
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering business results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong project management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
