About the position

The Vice President of Marketing at Airoom will oversee the marketing department, focusing on brand marketing, digital marketing, and traditional marketing strategies. This role is pivotal in leading the team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies aimed at generating qualified leads and ensuring sustained market leadership. The VP will manage both internal staff and external vendors, analyze marketing performance, and execute comprehensive marketing plans to meet the company's growth objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Airoom's marketing department, including brand, digital, and traditional marketing.
  • Develop and implement corporate marketing strategies to promote market leadership and growth.
  • Focus on qualified lead generation through various marketing tactics.
  • Manage marketing staff and external vendors involved in the marketing mix.
  • Aggregate data into performance reports tracking against the marketing plan and budget.
  • Analyze the lead generation and sales cycle, reporting on results through KPIs such as ROI, CPL, and CPA.
  • Execute weekly marketing campaigns across digital and print media, TV, radio, and direct mail.
  • Create compelling marketing collateral and form partnerships for lead generation.
  • Maximize manufacturer co-op advertising funds beyond standard guidelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or technology required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 20+ years of experience in a senior marketing leadership role in a corporate environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Significant experience with lead generation and direct response advertising.
  • Strong background in all aspects of marketing, including digital and traditional.
  • Proficient in Excel and CRM systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Hands-on experience with WordPress and website development.
  • Strong understanding of SEM, SEO, and paid social media, with proficiency in Google Analytics.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience on the client side in a similar role is a plus.
  • Good hands-on experience with website development and maintenance.
