About the position

The Vice President of Marketing at Airoom Companies will lead the marketing department, focusing on brand marketing, digital marketing, and traditional marketing strategies. This role is pivotal in driving qualified lead generation and requires strong management skills to oversee a diverse team and collaborate with external vendors. The VP will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with corporate growth objectives, ensuring sustained market leadership in a dynamic business environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the marketing department personnel and outside resources to execute marketing strategies.
  • Refine and execute a comprehensive strategic marketing strategy to enhance the company's reputation and growth.
  • Manage annual marketing budgets in accordance with corporate financial objectives.
  • Create and execute SEO strategies to improve website rankings and lead volume.
  • Analyze product and brand performance using internal and external data sources and pivot strategies as required.
  • Develop creative communications, public relations, and advertising plans to drive profitability and growth.
  • Monitor competition and conduct competitive analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs.
  • Manage promotional programs and exhibitions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to develop effective market segment strategies.
  • Aggregate data into comprehensive performance reports tracking against the marketing plan and budget.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or technology required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 20+ years of experience in a senior marketing leadership role in a corporate environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with all departments.
  • Significant experience with lead generation and direct response advertising.
  • Strong background in all aspects of marketing, including digital and traditional media.
  • Excellent skills with Excel and spreadsheet creation for data analysis.
  • Strong CRM experience, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics or equivalent.
  • Hands-on experience with WordPress, website development, and maintenance.
  • Proficient in SEM, SEO, paid social media, and Google Analytics.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience on the client side in a similar role is a plus.
  • Knowledge of manufacturer co-op advertising and maximizing available funds.
