About the position

The Vice President of Marketing and Sales at Enclave is responsible for leading the strategic direction and execution of marketing and sales efforts across the company's real estate development, construction, and property management divisions. This role focuses on developing integrated strategies to increase market share, enhance brand visibility, and drive business growth, while collaborating with executive leadership to align the company's vision with its growth objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing and sales strategies that align with the company's growth goals.
  • Create long-term marketing and sales plans focused on brand development, market expansion, and revenue generation.
  • Partner with divisional leaders to identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and business channels.
  • Utilize data analytics and market trends to evaluate and optimize business strategies and marketing initiatives.
  • Maximize the use of CRM systems and sales technologies to manage marketing and sales resources effectively.
  • Present performance reports on marketing campaigns and business development outcomes for executive review.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of integrated marketing plans, including digital marketing and traditional marketing strategies.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms and campaigns to build brand equity.
  • Manage and grow the company's digital presence, including SEO, SEM, and content strategy.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to refine marketing strategies.
  • Drive business development efforts to meet company objectives through successful RFPs and property performance.
  • Collaborate with product development and investor relations teams to shape marketing strategies.
  • Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders to optimize business opportunities.
  • Identify networking and event opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
  • Provide strategic leadership to cross-functional teams to align project launches and promotional campaigns.
  • Recruit, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing and business development team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of leadership experience in marketing and business development, preferably within real estate, construction, or property management sectors.
  • Proven track record in executing large-scale marketing campaigns and leading high-performing teams.
  • Extensive experience in multi-channel brand development, market analysis, and driving growth strategies.
