The Vice President of Marketing & Sales for ESF Camps is a senior leadership role responsible for driving marketing, sales, and analytics strategies across multiple locations and brands. This position focuses on optimizing enrollment growth, enhancing brand awareness, and improving customer engagement through data-driven decision-making and effective communication of insights. The ideal candidate will lead a dynamic team, ensuring alignment with business objectives and fostering a high-performance culture.

Responsibilities

  • Define and implement comprehensive marketing and sales strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Craft and execute omnichannel marketing strategies targeting prospective campers, parents, alumni, and other stakeholders.
  • Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive marketing and sales analytics strategy.
  • Analyze marketing performance and customer data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
  • Serve as the bridge between marketing, admissions, and analytics teams, translating data-driven insights into actionable strategies.
  • Use analytical skills to evaluate marketing and sales campaigns and assess campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Oversee and manage SEO strategy and execution to improve organic search rankings.
  • Lead and manage a marketing, admissions, and analytics team, setting clear strategic goals.
  • Continuously analyze the performance of marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Develop and manage an annual marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in marketing leadership roles.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Extensive knowledge in digital marketing, SEO optimization, and performance analytics.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and HubSpot.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and transform it into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
