Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with Franchise Sidekick's long-term business goals.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to ensure marketing initiatives support broader company objectives.
  • Continuously assess and refine marketing campaigns to ensure they are data-driven and delivering measurable ROI.
  • Lead the development and execution of digital marketing strategies across all platforms.
  • Oversee content strategy and execution, ensuring consistency in brand messaging.
  • Leverage data-driven insights and emerging technologies to improve digital performance.
  • Cultivate strategic partnerships and collaborate on event marketing to expand brand reach.
  • Mentor and develop a dynamic marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
  • Utilize robust data analysis practices to track marketing performance and inform strategy adjustments.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience leading marketing teams and building strategies that drive growth.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing and content strategies.
  • Experience in analyzing campaign results and market trends to maximize ROI.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage various projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to thrive in a goal-driven, accountability-focused organization.
