The Vice President of Marketing at WarHorse Casino is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing all marketing operations and strategies. This position focuses on brand management, public relations, community partnerships, and customer development programs to enhance revenue and brand loyalty. The VP of Marketing will collaborate with advertising agencies and manage marketing initiatives across all properties, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic vision.

Responsibilities

• Drive the execution of all marketing operations and initiatives.
• Lead strategic marketing efforts with a focus on brand strategy and management.
• Oversee customer development programs and promotions to enhance revenue.
• Partner with advertising agencies to implement marketing campaigns and multimedia executions.
• Conduct competitive market analysis and maintain awareness of market share.
• Develop and align marketing plans with the strategic vision of WarHorse Gaming, LLC.
• Manage all management executives responsible for property marketing programs and promotions.
• Establish and monitor departmental budgets and financial performance goals.
• Maintain positive relationships with stakeholders and oversee marketing initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Ten years of senior-level marketing experience, with five years in casino marketing operations.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and casino management software.
• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills.
