The Vice President of Marketing at PERI is a pivotal role that focuses on providing leadership and management support to the marketing and product management teams in the USA. This position requires a strategic thinker who can develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan aimed at enhancing brand awareness and maintaining brand consistency across all communication channels. The Vice President will work closely with the internal marketing and product management teams, as well as collaborate with the Sales teams, customers, and the Executive Management Team. This collaboration is essential for overseeing the launch of new products into the US market and ensuring that marketing strategies align with sales objectives. In this role, the Vice President of Marketing will be responsible for establishing both current and long-term goals for the marketing teams, monitoring and enhancing marketing campaigns, and prioritizing marketing projects while allocating resources effectively. Conducting market analysis to identify growth opportunities and challenges is also a key responsibility. The Vice President will provide guidance for organizing effective marketing events, forecast hiring needs for the marketing department, and contribute to the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives. Additionally, managing the marketing budget and expenses, upholding brand standards, and ensuring compliance across all marketing channels are critical tasks. The Vice President will also be tasked with identifying competitors, evaluating their strategies, and developing counterstrategies. Building and cultivating lasting relationships with employees, clients, government officials, and stakeholders is essential for success in this role. The Vice President will lead the Product Management team to ensure successful product launches and prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing metrics for the CEO. This position is not only about managing teams but also about contributing to strategic decision-making processes within the organization as a member of the Executive Management Team.
