About the position

The Vice President of Marketing at Agora Data Inc. is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the development of marketing strategies and products. This role focuses on driving brand awareness and ensuring consistency across all channels while managing the creative team to implement deliverables successfully. The VP will lead the marketing team in creating campaigns that generate quality leads and analyze performance metrics to maximize impact and ROI.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee departmental deliverables to ensure the team meets deadlines with the correct branded assets.
  • Coordinate marketing projects from beginning to end.
  • Assess and create the company's marketing plan and strategy, planning, coordinating, and directing marketing efforts.
  • Develop and implement a brand strategy that aligns with the company's goals.
  • Lead the marketing team in creating and implementing marketing campaigns and promotional efforts that generate quality leads.
  • Identify creative ways to connect with target audiences and analyze results to maximize impact and ROI.
  • Delegate supporting tasks to marketing stakeholders to ensure output remains on schedule and aligns with goals.
  • Compile content and messaging that describes the company's offerings.
  • Research and analyze potential customers and market/economic trends to prioritize sales efforts.
  • Collaborate with other departments to develop successful strategies and create content and campaigns that attract new customers and retain current clients.
  • Analyze performance metrics to ensure maximum effectiveness.
  • Perform other tasks and projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of professional experience in marketing and long-range planning.
  • Experience in the FinTech industry; consumer-finance experience is a plus.
  • Robust copywriting skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficient with various marketing forms, including digital and social media marketing, as well as printed and promotional.
