About the position

Millennium is seeking a Vice President of Marketing to lead our strategic marketing efforts. In this role, you will oversee the marketing team to develop and execute data-driven campaigns focused on client segmentation, acquisition, and retention. You will be instrumental in building and strengthening Millennium's brand presence, ensuring that all marketing efforts are aligned with our business goals and enhance the overall client experience. Your work will be pivotal in positioning Millennium as an industry leader by leveraging market insights, optimizing digital resources, and ensuring seamless collaboration between sales and marketing. As the Vice President of Marketing, you will provide strategic leadership to the marketing team, ensuring alignment with Millennium's goals and objectives. You will develop and execute innovative, multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive lead generation, client acquisition, and retention. Additionally, you will lead the development and implementation of a strong brand strategy that enhances Millennium's market positioning and visibility. Your responsibilities will also include overseeing the creation and optimization of digital marketing initiatives, including website management, eCommerce, and content strategy, ensuring they support overall business goals. You will collaborate closely with sales leadership to integrate marketing strategies with sales objectives, optimizing lead generation and conversion. Utilizing market intelligence and analytics will be crucial to inform marketing strategies, drive decision-making, and adjust tactics based on performance data. Furthermore, you will manage the planning and execution of trade shows, industry events, and promotional campaigns to maximize brand exposure and lead generation. Fostering a high-performance marketing team through ongoing feedback, coaching, and professional development will also be a key aspect of your role.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies with a strong focus on client segmentation, acquisition, and retention.
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing, branding, market analysis, and client relationship management.
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM systems is required.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong understanding of integrated sales and marketing strategies.
  • Adept at using data to drive decision-making and strategy development, particularly in relation to client segmentation and retention.
