The Vice President of Marketing at PERI is a pivotal role that provides leadership and management support to the marketing and product management teams across the USA. This position is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing plan that enhances brand awareness and maintains brand consistency across all communication channels. The Vice President will work closely with the internal marketing and product management teams, as well as collaborate with the Sales teams, customers, and the Executive Management Team. This collaboration is essential for overseeing the launch of new products into the US market and ensuring that marketing strategies align with overall business objectives. In this role, the Vice President of Marketing will devise and execute marketing strategies that not only enhance brand recognition but also facilitate successful product launches. The position requires close collaboration with the sales department to synchronize marketing tactics and ensure that marketing campaigns are effectively monitored and enhanced as needed. The Vice President will also be responsible for establishing both current and long-term goals for the internal marketing teams, prioritizing marketing projects, and allocating resources appropriately. Additionally, the Vice President will conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and challenges, provide guidance for organizing effective marketing events, and forecast hiring needs for the marketing department. This role also involves managing the marketing budget and expenses, upholding brand standards, and ensuring compliance across all marketing channels. The Vice President will identify competitors, evaluate their strategies, and develop counterstrategies while cultivating lasting relationships with employees, clients, government officials, and stakeholders. Furthermore, the Vice President will oversee market research activities, lead the Product Management team, and prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing metrics for the CEO.
