About the position

The Vice President of Marketing at Boundless Immigration will lead the marketing strategy across both B2B and B2C segments, driving growth and establishing Boundless as the leading global migration brand. This role is pivotal in shaping the marketing vision, managing a high-performing team, and collaborating with cross-functional leaders to enhance customer experiences and brand identity.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives 100% YOY growth across both B2B and B2C channels.
  • Lead product marketing and positioning across different segments, service levels, and geographies.
  • Create strategies for B2C marketing including organic, paid, social, community, and in-person experiences.
  • Implement and manage a comprehensive demand generation and sales enablement strategy for B2B.
  • Build and develop a high-performing marketing team, including hiring and organizational structure.
  • Utilize data to analyze market trends and customer insights to improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to align efforts and drive growth.
  • Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and identity across all marketing channels.
  • Elevate Boundless' presence in traditional media and online communities, making it synonymous with immigration.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a marketing executive with a track record of leading growth from $20M to $100M in revenues.
  • Global experience in both B2B and B2C marketing, with expertise in demand generation and partnerships.
  • Ability to systematically launch products and win market share in multiple countries.
  • Strong leadership skills with a talent for building and leading high-performing teams.
  • Experience in utilizing data to drive marketing strategies and influence product roadmaps.
