About the position

Our Marketing team is a core part of our growth engine at Boundless, responsible for the immigration content that has made our website the most popular site in the industry as well as for driving and nurturing leads for our Consumer segment and for demand generation and sales enablement for our B2B business. Our small but mighty team manages our brand, our content, our community, paid marketing, SEO/organic marketing, product marketing, events, many partnerships, and beyond. Now we're taking the next step, expanding from the leading U.S. Family-based B2C immigration brand to the leading global migration brand, full-stop. Our Vice President and leader of this team is a new role that will be responsible for shaping and executing our marketing strategy across both B2B and B2C segments to drive growth and to help us become the first widely known brand in the immigration industry. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will be a vital partner to our existing Marketing leaders as well as to our cross-functional leadership team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives 100% YOY growth across both B2B and B2C channels.
  • Lead product marketing and positioning across different segments, service levels, and geographies.
  • Develop the strategy to systematically win geography by geography in B2C through Organic, Paid, Social, Community, and in-person experiences.
  • Implement and manage a comprehensive demand generation and sales enablement strategy for B2B, focusing on new customer acquisition.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team, designing the organization structure, hiring the right talent, and developing the team.
  • Utilize data to analyze market trends, customer behaviors, and customer insights to improve marketing programs and influence Product roadmap and positioning.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to align cross-functional efforts to drive growth and deliver an exceptional customer journey.
  • Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and identity across all marketing channels, making Boundless synonymous with immigration.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a marketing executive with a track record of leading growth from $20M to $100M in revenues.
  • Global experience across both B2B and B2C marketing.
  • Expertise in demand generation, partnerships, sales team acceleration, and community-building.
  • Experience launching products in multiple countries and achieving significant market share.
  • Ability to articulate marketing strategies and adapt based on outcomes.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and their application in marketing.
