The Vice President of Marketing at Solution Tree is a pivotal role within the senior leadership team, responsible for driving the company's marketing strategy to achieve revenue and profit goals. This includes establishing both short and long-range strategic marketing strategies aimed at increasing sales and building brand equity. The successful candidate will monitor market conditions and competitive strategies, adjusting marketing plans as necessary to expand market share and maintain existing client relationships. The Vice President will also be responsible for leading a team of approximately 40 marketing professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. They will champion the launch and promotion of products through both traditional and non-traditional channels, ensuring that all initiatives provide a strong return on investment and enhance brand equity. Additionally, the Vice President will maintain a tight control over the marketing budget and financial aspects of the marketing function, ensuring that all spending aligns with anticipated returns and incorporates key learnings from market activities. This is a full-time remote position, with some travel required for leadership meetings, departmental gatherings, and events.
