As the Vice President of Marketing at Visual Edge IT, you will be at the forefront of our marketing strategies and initiatives, driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This pivotal role requires you to report directly to the Chief Sales Officer (CSO) and will involve shaping the company's marketing vision, positioning, and execution strategies. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans that align with our business objectives, including lead generation, brand building, and customer retention. In this role, you will manage the marketing budget, which encompasses staff, services, sponsorships, events, travel, licenses, and related activities at both corporate and regional levels. You will build and lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to implement marketing initiatives that align with the company's strategy and plan. Your responsibilities will also include coordinating and supporting the development of the VEIT business strategy and annual plan, as well as providing input for quarterly board communications. You will manage relationships with marketing agencies, service providers, and contractors to ensure effective content creation, analytics, and event support. Identifying and evaluating sponsorships and marketing partners will be crucial to driving brand awareness and customer engagement. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including sales and operations, will be essential to develop integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives that align with business systems and platforms. Conducting market research and analysis will help you identify emerging trends, assess customer needs, measure satisfaction, and monitor competition. You will oversee the development of marketing collateral, digital assets, and promotional materials to support sales efforts and enhance brand visibility. Additionally, managing the company's digital presence, including website optimization, social media strategy, email marketing, and online advertising campaigns, will be part of your responsibilities. You will also coordinate customer and sales events, ensuring all logistical aspects are handled effectively. Monitoring and analyzing key performance metrics will be vital, as you will provide regular reports and insights to executive leadership to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
