About the position

The Vice President of Operations and Compliance at Clinical Nutrition Consulting Services (CNCS) is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing business operations and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards. This position reports directly to the CEO and plays a critical role in driving the company's strategic objectives, enhancing employee satisfaction, and improving operational efficiencies through data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Overall day-to-day leadership of business operations and staff to maintain and accelerate the company mission and vision
  • Oversee compliance with all applicable directives as well as adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Identification and use of valuable data to drive business decisions and improve outcomes
  • Monitor productivity, performance and overall compliance, providing action plans as needed
  • Establish strong facility relationships
  • Provide effective coaching and development of staff
  • Drive effective clinical processes and training
  • Coordinate and implement business initiatives
  • Demonstrate commitment to high satisfaction ratings from facilities, business partners, co-workers and subordinates
  • Demonstrate effective leadership and promote positive interpersonal relationships with all internal and external business contacts

Requirements

  • 5+ years leading successful business operations
  • Prefer Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA), Healthcare Administrator or Senior Practice Manager
  • 3+ years of business compliance and/or policy management oversight
  • Six Sigma or PMP preferred
  • Related Graduate degree preferred (MBA, MHA, or similar)
  • 5+ years of supervisory leadership experience of multi-site locations
  • Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong business data analysis and visualization proficiency
  • Proficient in technology-centric tools and solutions

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in healthcare business operations
