About the position

The Vice President of Operations for Home Health at Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of branch services, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting strategic initiatives for service execution. This position plays a critical role in enhancing patient care in the home environment while fostering a collaborative and innovative workplace culture.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of branch services and personnel performance.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations regarding certification and licensure processes.
• Support the company's strategic initiatives and success for service execution.

Requirements

• RN licensed in the State of Georgia is required.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school.
• At least five years of demonstrated experience in health service administration in a supervisory or administrative capacity.
• Minimum of five years of direct management experience in a large, multiple-site Medicare certified home health or hospice.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws and regulatory guidelines governing home health or hospice operations.
• Intermediate technology skills.
