About the position

The Vice President of Operations is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's operations within the hospitality sector. This position plays a crucial role in the company's growth and success, particularly in managing new openings and ensuring operational excellence across various departments.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to ensure the company's success
  • Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives (IT, Marketing, HR, Finance etc.)
  • Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication
  • Work closely with other senior executives to ensure that the company's goals and objectives are met
  • Monitor and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Manage budgets and ensure operational expenses are in line with company objectives
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, government agencies, and industry associations
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred
  • Experience across hospitality- ideally QSR or entertainment space
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
