Responsibilities

• Direct regional property managers and staff in all aspects of property management, leasing, maintenance, and financial operations.
• Develop and execute tactical plans for the property management division.
• Provide leadership and management to the team.
• Oversee the financial performance of the property portfolio.
• Foster a positive team culture and optimize operational strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, property management, or a related field.
• 7-10 years of progressive residential property management experience.
• Strong background in financial performance and operational results.
• Experience with institutional-quality management firms.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
