About the position

The Vice President of Operations for the multi-family division will lead and manage regional property managers and staff, ensuring effective property, leasing, maintenance, and financial operations. Responsibilities

  • Direct regional property managers and staff in all aspects of property management, leasing, maintenance, and financial operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, property management, or a related field.
  • 7-10 years of progressive residential property management experience.
  • Strong background in financial performance and operational results.
  • Experience with institutional-quality management firms.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
