About the position

The Director of Operations and Sales will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day operations and sales of a rapidly growing real estate brokerage located on the North side of Chicago. This position is designed for a motivated and experienced individual who can provide personalized support to agents, oversee recruitment processes, and drive sales growth while maintaining high levels of confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the brokerage.
  • Oversee the sales team and manage their progress and goals.
  • Provide personalized support to brokers.
  • Promote and manage the recruitment process for the sales team.
  • Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes for staff and brokers.
  • Review and submit deals for processing and create agent disbursement.
  • Organize and manage the database and CRM.
  • Drive growth in sales, conversion, opportunities, and profitability.
  • Setup, organize, and manage all company technology platforms.
  • Manage office staff and individual roles and goals for all employees.
  • Oversee company event planning and organize staff and agent training sessions.
  • Maintain office supplies and manage office facilities.
  • Track, measure, and report on key performance statistics to ensure performance goals are being met.

Requirements

  • A few years of professional experience working for a real estate brokerage.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Reliable team player.
  • Ambitious critical thinker.
  • Outgoing and adaptable.
  • Customer service oriented.
  • Experience using the MLS and dotloop (preferred).
  • Conversant in Adobe Suite and G-Suite.
