About the position

The Vice President of Operations is responsible for the strategic vision and planning of a branch, overseeing day-to-day leadership and management. This role involves assisting with the management of both short- and long-range goals, supervising branch-level management, and ensuring the financial health of the branch. The Vice President will also establish relationships with stakeholders and vendors, monitor performance against goals, and assist in strategic planning and business development.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the strategic vision and planning of the branch.
  • Assist with day-to-day leadership and management of the branch.
  • Supervise branch-level management and oversee various branch operations.
  • Assist with budget and fiscal management to ensure financial health.
  • Monitor performance of overarching goals and initiatives for the branch.
  • Establish positive relationships with stakeholders and vendors at the branch level.
  • Assist with management of strategic planning, business development, and fiscal operations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of GAAP at a proficient level.
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Expert knowledge of typical business correspondence (grammar, structure, punctuation, spelling, etc.).
  • Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).
  • Self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in all duties.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Master of Business Administration Degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of directly related or closely related experience.
  • 7 - 10 years of Management and/or Supervisory experience.
  • 7 - 10 years of Community Association experience.
